This got off to a bad start. One of the two was broken (replacement procedures were great - thank you) and had to be replaced. This 9700 version is significantly harder to get the charging post to connect with the BB than the 9630 version I had before this one.

Not sure
When I received my cradle the first time it was used it worked fine....but since that one time; my light is forever blinking red & green and my battery in the compartment is not charging...please advise

Recommend - IF you dont use a case
I love this cradle, but caution you that if you use a case (I have an iFrogz case), your BB will not connect to the plug. I plan on getting a thinner case so that I can use it.

CAREFUL- get the wrong one your screwed
I accidently ordered the wrong model and they stuck it to me HARD with return shipping/ restocking fee/ and additional 3.99 "Coupon Discount?" Even though I reordered the correct one from them.
