Battery doesnt last too long
I dont know if its the battery or the Blackberry 9800 Torch that is causing this battery to drain so quickly. But the company was great and immediately replaced it upon learning that I was not happy with it.

The battery needs to be charged for 24 hours before you use it to ensure a full charge. Also, if you have bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or are on the internet a lot, those will run the battery down quicker.

Good Battery
The battery in my phone stopped holding a charge. I looked for a battery at a local ATT store was told they dont carry them and that they would need to order it. Blackberrysource.com had the battery in stock and cheaper, including shipping, than what the ATT store could get it for me. All my blackberry accessories are purchased at blackberrysource.com!

The method of shipping you chose was Economy. This is the most economical way of shipping and does take longer because it goes to 2 carriers. FEd Ex picks up the package and then the post office delivers the item to the end user.

I dont know if its the phone or the battery, but it barely lasts for 8 hours of normal use.

This is an OEM battery. Before you use the battery we recommend you charge it for 24 hours. The battery life is dependent on what your blackberry has on ie: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Internet, etc. The more you use these the more it drains the battery.

We are sorry you are unhappy with the OEM RIM battery. When you receive a new battery, you have to charge it for 8-10 hours to get it fully charged. The length of the battery life also depends on what you are using on your device (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, if you are internet browsing, etc).
