Very useful product
So far, so good! The only issue is the light when charging phone only, without the 2nd spare battery, it just keep blinking, very annoyed

the first two were the wrong part #. the second two were defective. the third two had one that works and one that dosnt. i am still waiting for the second to be shipped - this has been going on since Thanksgiving

We promptly sent you the correct items (which ended up being defective). We then sent you 2 additional items that we tested in our warehouse before we shipped them. You contacted us to let us know 1 was defective upon delivery. So, again we are very sorry for all of the issues you have experienced. At this time we need to look at the quality control issues on this product and will give you a full refund on the defective item and refund your original shipping cost.

What smartphone users need
I ordered 2. One for me and one for my wife. We each have 2 extra batteries and since smartphones eat batteries we always have at least one hot spare. These dual chargers are fantastic.

Convenient
It is very convenient to have on my desk and charge in the charger vs. plugging it into a travel charger. Also can charge an extra battery at same time.

Does not charge spare battery at all!
This unit flashes constantly, and does not provide any charge for the spare battery. So disappointed I didnt even try setting the phone in charger.

Bad Cradle
This cradle worked fine -- for a few months. It then stopped working completely, and I had to discard it.

same issue as the rest
had the same issue as other poor raters - the battery charge prongs failed to connect after the first couple of charges.
Problem is I do not have these issues with BB certified (original equipment) accessories. So I am actually back at this site to look for another battery only charger for the Torch - I will take one that is a cradle too - but cant find another one other than this - oops.

Cradle with Battery Charger for BlackBerry Torch 9800
I like that you can charge an extra battery and your phone at the same time. A spare battery is essential in todays business world. My only compliant is that I have to remove the back case cover or it wont fit in the cradle.

Terrible Product
One of the prongs that charges the extra battery fell out. I tried to fix but tore up the case tring to do so. Cant send back. It will still charge the phone. Yee Haw!

Torch Cradle Charger is Dynamite
The cradle charger for the Blackberry Torch is dynamite. You can charge your Torch and an extra battery simultaneously. What more can you ask for? Never run out of battery power again when you own one of these.

The rigid mounting of the male power plug does not accommodate the Torch 9800 when it is installed in the Rubberized protective case. A sliding bracket accommodating about 1.5 mm of movement would have solved this problem.

Torch Cradle with Battery Charger
This is the second one I have ordered ( eAccess replaced the other one and was excellent with customer service) the battery charger part does not work right. When you put the 2nd battery in to charge the part that connects on both models fell back inside the unit making the charger not work. I had the same one for the my Bold and worked fine. This one both times same issue.

Lights do not work as specified on instructions.,,,no blue light Does not seem to charge the phone if it is fully powered off. Nothing in instructions about that either.

I LOVE it!
The Cradle with Battery Charger for my BlackBerry Torch is Great. It is the third charger Ive ordered for my Torch and it is the only one sturdy and very easy to use. It does neat things for my Torch and I cant say enough good things about it! You wont regret buying it, I promise!

Too Hot to Handle
The charger has an indication light when it is charging, but this is not always accurate with a result that batteries can get greatly overcharged after a very short time and be inactivated. This should be a caution included with the device.

Not too good
Works OK as a charger/cradle. The battery charger worked once and then wouldnt connect again. The contacts dont make contact with the battery. If youre looking for a cradle that charges, this is OK. If you want something that will charge the battery outside the phone, look elsewhere
