very slow shipping
its been over 2 weeks and still have not received item

eAccess Response:
Unfortunately the method of shipping you chose is economy service. This method can take longer because it is a bulk shipping method. Fed Ex takes the package, sorts it and then the package is moved to a distribution hub until a delivery can be made to the post office in your area. This method is not time sensitive, however, we do offer several other shipping methods for future purchases.
