This device fits between the holder and the Flex Mount. It connects to the mount and the holder mounts to it. The elastic loop is stretched across the face of the phone and loops over a tab of opposite side. It holds the phone very securely and adds quite a bit of extra holding power to make sure the phone would never pop out of the holder. Highly recommend for peace of mind.
